Prof. Lin Wang
University of Jinan, China

Lin Wang received a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Technology from the Schoolof Computer Science and Technology, Shandong University, in 2011.He was a postdoctoral fellow with the David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science, University of Waterloo, from 2015 to 2016. He is currently a Full Professor with the Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of Network Based Intelligent Computing, University of Jinan. He serves as Secretary of the ACM Jinan Chapter, Deputy Secretary General of Shandong Association of Artificial Intelligence, and a Committee Member of the ACM SIGCSE China. He is the Winner of ACM Jinan Rising Star Award and Winner of Shandong Provincial Natural Science Academic Innovation Award. His current research interests include machine learning and their applications in scientific computing. He has authored or co-authoredover 100 technical papers.
Prof. Yilong Yin
Shandong University, China

Prof. Yilong Yin is a full distinguished professor and doctorial tutor at School of Software, Shandong University, where he heads the subject of artificial intelligence. He is also the director of the institute of AI and a fellow of IET. He is the director of Shandong Association for Artificial Intelligence and the member of the standing committee of CCF-AI and Chinese Association for AI. He is also a president of three AI institutes: Shandong University-Lingxin AI Institute, Shandong University-Rongling Intelligent Information Institute, and Shandong University-Zhengnian Computation Cognition Institute. He was granted Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University and National Natural Science Funds of Shandong Province for Distinguished Young Scholar. He has published over 40 peer-reviewed papers in the prestigious conferences and journals, including TIP, TKDE, TIFS, TMM, ICML, AAAI, IJCAI, CVPR, MM, etc. His google scholar citations are over 4700 with H-index of 36, including the highly-cited paper with 320 citations. He has been granted the Key Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China and National Key R&D Program of China. He was honored with Shandong Technological Progress Award (second class) for two times, the prominent member of CCF, Excellent Postgraduate Tutor of Shandong Province, Excellent Postgraduate Tutor of Shandong University.
Prof. Wei Xiang
La Trobe University, Australia
Professor Wei Xiang is Cisco Research Chair of AI and IoT and Director of the Cisco-La Trobe Centre for AI and IoT at La Trobe University. Previously, he was Foundation Chair and Head of Discipline of IoT Engineering at James Cook University, Cairns, Australia. Due to his instrumental leadership in establishing Australia’s first accredited Internet of Things Engineering degree program, he was inducted into Pearcy Foundation’s Hall of Fame in October 2018. He is a TEDx speaker and an elected Fellow of the IET in UK and Engineers Australia. He received the TNQ Innovation Award in 2016, and Pearcey Entrepreneurship Award in 2017, and Engineers Australia Cairns Engineer of the Year in 2017. He was a co-recipient of four Best Paper Awards at WiSATS’2019, WCSP’2015, IEEE WCNC’2011, and ICWMC’2009. He has been awarded several prestigious fellowship titles. He was named a Queensland International Fellow (2010-2011) by the Queensland Government of Australia, an Endeavour Research Fellow (2012-2013) by the Commonwealth Government of Australia, a Smart Futures Fellow (2012-2015) by the Queensland Government of Australia, and a JSPS Invitational Fellow jointly by the Australian Academy of Science and Japanese Society for Promotion of Science (2014-2015). He was the Vice Chair of the IEEE Northern Australia Section from 2016-2020. He was an Editor for IEEE Communications Letters (2015-2017), and is currently an Associate Editor for IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Access, and Nature journal of Scientific Reports. He has published over 300 peer-reviewed papers including 3 books and 220 journal articles. He has severed in a large number of international conferences in the capacity of General Co-Chair, TPC Co-Chair, Symposium Chair, etc. His research interest includes the Internet of Things, wireless communications, machine learning for IoT data analytics, and computer vision.
Prof. Linlin Shen
Shenzhen University, China

Prof. Linlin Shen received the BSc and MEng degrees from Shanghai JiaoTong University, Shanghai, China, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Nottingham, Nottingham, UK. He was a Research Fellow with the University of Nottingham, working on MRI brain image processing. Prof. Shen is currently the “Pengcheng Scholar” Distinguished Professor at School of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Shenzhen University, Shenzhen, China. He is also an Honorary professor at School of Computer Science, University of Nottingham, UK and Visiting Professor at School of Computer Science, University of Nottingham, Ningbo, China. He serves as the director of Computer Vision Institute, AI Research Center for Medical Image Analysis and Diagnosis and China-UK joint research lab for visual information processing. He also serves as the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the IET journal of Cognitive Computation and Systems.
He is listed as the “Most Cited Chinese Researchers” by Elsevier, and listed in a ranking of the “Top 2% Scientists in the World” by Stanford University. He received the Most Cited Paper Award from the journal of Image and Vision Computing. His cell classification algorithms were the winners of the International Contest on Pattern Recognition Techniques for Indirect Immunofluorescence Images held by ICIP 2013 and ICPR 2016.
Prof. Sonya Coleman
Ulster University, UK

Professor Sonya Coleman has a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics, Statistics and Computing from Ulster University in 1999 and a PhD in Image Processing from Ulster University in 2003. She is also the Cognitive Robotics team leader within the Intelligent Systems Research Centre at Ulster which hosts a range of mobile robots and vision systems. She has 220+ publications primarily in the fields of mathematical image processing, robotics, computational intelligence, computational neuroscience and capital markets engineering. Prof. Coleman's research has been supported by funding from EPSRC award EP/C006283/11, the Nuffield Foundation, and the Leverhulme Trust. Additionally, she was co-investigator on the EU FP7 funded project RUBICON, VISUALISE and SLANDIAL. In 2020 Prof Coleman was elected President of the Irish Pattern Recognition and Classification Society and in 2018 was appointed as a Visiting Professor at Northeastern University, Shenyang, China. Prof Coleman is currently an associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems.  In 2009 was awarded the Distinguished Research Fellowship by Ulster University in recognition of her research contribution.
